London, Aprjl 24. / Mrs. Despard, who was arrested with threo other Sutfragobtes for holding an open-air meeting in Trafalgar Squaro in contravention of a, rcccnt prohibition, was fined £o or ia fortnight's imprisonment. Mrs. Dospard'a companions were ordered to pay small fines.
