Washington, April 25. TIIO Presidont, Dr. Wilson, has informed tho reporters that the attitude of tho Japanese Government in respect to California's anti-alien legislation, was perfectly friendly. Tho tomonstrMices had been couched in a tone of respectful urgency. ANOTHER DRASTIC PROPOSAL. (Rec. April 25, 10. p.m.) San Francisco, Apri 2d. Senator Thompson is drafting a law barring from tho ownership of land those people of any race whom the Federal laws declare ineligible for citizenship. Tho Bill will bo submitted to Mr. W. J. Bryan, Secretary of State, immediately he arrives on his .mission to confer witli the Governor of California regarding antialien restriction legislation.
