OATS ADVANCE-WHEAT DECLINES. Taking the export values of oats.and wheat for the. twelve ended March' 31 last, it is sesii that tlie return from tho former was ,£468,880 for 3,991,369 bushels, and for wheat =£95,411 for 503,572 bushels. As compared with tho previous hvslvo months, oats show an increased value of .£43i,378, representing 3,677,115 bushels, and wheat shows a decline of 102,209 bushels, valued at .£620,158.- .
