SCHOOL-CHILDREN STRIKE.- >
POLICE RESERVES CALLED OUT. By Telegraph—Prces Association—Copyright (Roc. April 21, 8.5 p.m.) New York, April 23, Thousands of school-children have struck because a jury acquitted an unpopular teacher .against whom various charges had bcci preferred. The police reserves liavo had to bo called out order, in consequence of the children's parades interfering with tiaffic in tho streets. One lad has been tub over by a street car and killed. A number of children have beon arrested for disorderly conduct.
