4 (By Tolograrh.—Special Corrcependcnt ) Hastings, April 24. . Mr. W. D. Lysnnr addressed a publio meeting this afternoon in tho 'Municipal Chambers to discuss the frozen _ meat: question from tho producer - / point of view. There was a very sparse, attendance, and only a feu- farmers were prosent. Mr. Schvyn Clianibors presided, Mr. Lysnar spoke on the lines of his recent addresses, and received an excellent hearing. Tho lantern slides ho showed wero very effective. At the conclusion, of his speech, a hearty vote of thanks yaa accorded Mr. Lysnar, and a number of shares in the proposed Producers' Company wero taken ud in tho room,
