LIGHT SET TO BLOCK OF SHOPS. (By Telegraph.—Prcse Association.) Timaru, April 20. Another caso of incendiarism occurred last night, when a fire was started in tho interior of a range of shops lately vacated by Ballantyno and Company. Access was gained by a back window, ' and a match put to a pile of "cleaning out" rubbish under tho stairs. The brigade was soon on the spot, but ,£l5O worth of damago was dono.
