The "Daily Mail's" New York correspondent states that the Official Receiver has announced that Martin's (the missing American) company owes a local bank .£13,000, lent, it is supposed, on tho security of the company's warehouso' and receipts from the sale of eighteen hundred bales of cotton, of which only ninety-three aro now in tho stores.
