(Before Dr. A. M'Arthur, S.M.) "WONDERLAND." ' THE COMMISSION CLAIM. In the Magistrate's Court yesterday, Dr. M'Arthur, S.M., delivered judgment in the case in which A. C. Symoiub,.commission agent, Wellington, sued William Duncan, commission agent, Auckland, ior •BUG 17s. Cd., which amount plaintiff alleged defendant had received tor him as commission on tin* sale of the Mirnmnr plant known as "Wonderland." His Worship said that the whole question was: Was there a partnership or not between the plaintiff and the defendant? In his opiniou there was not, and he gaye judgment for the amount claimed, wun costs. RATES CLAIM.
