In tho House of Commons, on the motion of'tho' Prime Minister, Mr. Asquith, the suspension on Mr. Moore, Unionist member for Armagh, was removed. [During a debate'in the House of Commons on the Consolidated Fund Bill on March 26 the Ministerialists kept the debate going, fearing a snap division. Mr. Masterman (Financial Secretary to the Treasury) aroused'an uproar by saying, "It is discreditable, even for a discredited Opposition." Tho Unionists refused to allow him to continue, alleging that Mr. Masterman said "disgraceful. I'inally, Mr. William Moore was suspended lor refusing to withdraw the words "disgraceful" and "trickery." Sir Arthur Markham (Liberal member for Notts) was suspended for calling out, "Turn out the pothouse crowd."]
