AGAINST STANDAED OIL CO. By Telegraph—Presa Association—Copyright New York, April 15. The Texas State Attorney has started a suit against the Standard Oil Company tp recover 100,000,000 (101. for alleged violation of tho State's anti-trust law. Mr. J. D. Arohbold, president and director of the Standard Oil Company, of New Jersey, and who lias been' connected with the Standard Oil Company sinco 1575, has been subpoenaed as a witness.
