Montenegro demands an extension of territory northwards and eastwards, including Flcvlie, Plava, and Ipek. TPlevlie is fifteen miles north-west' of Montenegro's frontier, Ipek is fifteen miles eafet on the eastern extremity, and Plava is a few miles over the boundary.] Vienna, April IG.
