London, April 15. Tho doctors stato that Mrs. Pnukliurst's relapso is critical.
Tho Homo Secretary's (Mr. M'Kcnua) :licenso states that sho must abstain from any violation of tho law, and is not to go outsido her residence.
Mrs. Pankhurst is to return to Holloway Prison on April 29.
Mrs. Drummond states that Mrs. Pankhurst tore up her licenso and sent tho pieces back to Holloway Gaol in a cab, and that Mrs. Pankhurst herself will dccido whether she will obey tlio terms of the licenso and return to prison at tlio Umo required by tho Government.
FURTHER OUTRAGES. INCENDIARISM AND BOMBS. London, April 11. A crowd of ten thousand attended a Suffragette meeting, in Hyde Park, and pelted tho speakers with turf and orangepeel: Twelve thousand persons attended a similar meeting at Wimbledon. Tliero M as much disorder. Suffragettes destroyed tho bowling greens at Bellohouston, two miles from Glasgow. Tho Killarney Golf Pavilion has been burnt down. Tho polico discovered a. bomb insido the railings of tho Bank of England premises. The bomb, which was tim6d to explode at midnight, contained three ounces of gunpowder, somo metal, also a. hairpin. (Rec. April 15, 10.25 p.m.) London, April 15. Tho bomb was similar to tlio ono fonnd at Oxted Station, containing a watch attachment for exploding. It was but clumsily fitted. If it had exploded in the crowded streets, a number of people would probably liavo been injured.
