Tho Court also dealt with an application concerning a .missing nephew of Thomas Goodman, lato of llillgrove, Otago, labourer, who (lied on December 22, 1907, and of whose estate the Public Trusteo is administrator. Tlio estate became divisible between deceased's sister, Mrs. Eliza Seabrook, of Watford, Herts, England, and a nephew, George Goodman son of deceased's brother Gcorgo. All traco of the nephew has been lost sinco 1899, when he is supposed to havo left London for Canada. Advertisements inserted in English and Canadian newspapers havo failed to traco tho missing man, and tho Court mado an order for payment of tho residue of the estate to Mrs. Seabrook.
