. ; -o—- —- ■ CLOSURE BILL INTRODUCED. . By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyriglit (Eco. April 11, 10 p.m.) Ottawa, April 9. The Prime Minister, Mr. Borden, lias introduced a Closure Bill, ivitli the object of ending the-Liberal obstruction to the Naval Bill. Mr, Borden pointed out that Sir Wilfrid Laurier previous to the last election, had pledged himself to a Closure Bill in order to enable the Houso to transact, business without being at the mercy of a minority. A disorderly scono occurred when Sir Wilfrid Lauricr arid Mr. Hazeia attempted to speak simultaneously. .The Speaker gave Sir Wilfrid Laurier preference, but the Houso voted in Mr. Hazen's favour. Cries of "Shame!" prevented Mr. Hazen's speech from being audible. The uproar ceased when Mr. Hazen ended.
