Whilo cooling mash the potatoes with tho butter and milk. Heavy ready a greased pie-dish, line with potatoc; pour in tho meat mixture, cover with more potato; ehapo the crust nicely, and glaze with yolk of egg. Bako in a moderate oven 15 to 20 minutes.
