Prattley £7, in satisfaction for personal injuries received ami damage to property through claimant's horse shying at n milk-stand erected on the roadway by the defendant. His Worship said he recognised that.it was n romiuou practice of farmers to erect milkstands on the roadside, , but the liability was upon them if these erections were of such a nature as to make even some horses sby. In the prerent case the cause of the accident was clear, an<l the verdict must therefore be for the plainrifi.
