Germany would wait till England made concrete proposals. LARGE FRENCH NAVAL CREDIT. Paris, April 7. Tho French Government is introducing supplementary, ne.val credits of JJ20,000,000. The expenditure is to bo spread over ten years, and includes tho cost of three extra baftleships, giving all the divisions four battleships each.
