MOTOR-CYCLE DAMAGED. Dr. M'Artluir, S.M., delivered judgment in (lie case, in which Henry llauson, plumber, sued the Colonial Carrying Company of iNew Zealand, Ltd., for X2U 7s. Gii., as damages done to a motor-cycle of his. Hanson. stated that the cycle was damaged as a-jcsult of one of defendant's vehicles coming, into contact with, it, and lie alleged that, the contact was the outcome of negligent and unskilful driving by ono of plaintiff's men.
