If lie had a grievance or complaint against either he would have mentioned it. 110 was not "digging" into the management of the railways, nor tho Government of tho day. lie objected to tTio remarks Itting so construed. • What ho had in his mind was the young men who would be soloeled. and who later would bo placed in important positions.
