In disposition tho Chihuahua dog is exceedingly affectionate and very faithful. It is an ideal pet with an intelligence almost human, for which reason they are ideal companions for women. They are splendid little watch dog's, instantly giving tho alarm when strangers intrude. In colour tliev vary considerably. Tan, tawny gray, combinations of black and white, white and tan, and so on, are frequently seen.
