The Hon. W. I'\ Massey (Prime Minister) and the Hon. W. Fraser leavo today for Toronaki. Tho Hon. H. D. Bell is at Auckland. The other Cabinet Ministers are in Wellington. The Hon. AY. F. Masscy (Prime Minister), accompanied by the Hon. W. Frnser (Minister for Public Works), will leavo to-day for lOlthaiu. On arrival at that town tho Ministers will receivo deputations. Afterwards. they will attend a "social" at 8 p.m. On Saturday they will visit some, of tho country districts and proceed in the evening to Stratford, where tliey will receive deputations and fio banqueted. On Thursday tho Ministers .'will g»j back, to Eltliam tuid visit Mangatolci, Kaponga, Manaia, Auroa, Awatuna, and Opunake. At the latter place the Ministers will bo entertained on Thursday evening. On' Friday they will go to Bahotu, and get to Oku to for luncheon, arriving in tho afternoon at New Plymouth, where they will bo banqueted by tho . Borough and County Council and Chamber of Commerce. Oil Saturday the Ministers will visit "Waitara, Urenui, and Inglewood, reaching Hawera in tho evening. Mr. Fraser may return to Wellington on Saturday, but tho Prime Minister intends to spend tho week-end at Hawera, which place ho will leave on Monday for Waverloy. Ho will visit Momahaki State Farm, and -will reach Wnnganui in tho evening. On Tuesday the Prime Minister will ■ get down to Palinerston North, and lie will return to Wellington cither on Tuesday night or on Wednesday morning.

A presentation of a liandsomt travelling rug was made to Mr. A. S. Thompson, vice-president of the Auckland A. and P. Association, at Friday's meeting of the association. Mr. Thompson is leaving shortly on o visit to the Old Country, after U years' residence in the Dominion. In making the presentation, Mr. J. M. Phillipps referred to tho many years of Useful work that Mr. Thompson had given in tho interests of the association, and lie expressed tho hope that Mr. Thompson would bo benefited by tho trip, and oomo back renewed in health and vigour. Mr. Thompson suitably replied. (Yesterday Mr. James Frederick Thompson, of Groytown, was admitted as a solicitor by his Honour the Chief Justice, on the motion of Mr. Ostler.
