PROMOTIONS, TRANSFERS, AND RESIGNATIONS. : The Governor has approved the following appointments, promotions, transfers, resignations, and retirements of staff and Territorial officers:— , Not Zealand Staff Corps. The undermentioned to be lieutenants, dated April 1, 1913:— Sergeant-major Heury Peacock (W. 0.), New Zealand' Permanent Staff. Sergeant-major Henry Redmond CW.O.), New Zealand Permanent Staff. Sergeant-major W. 31. Bell, New Zea-' land Perman'nt Staff. J Sergeant-major Michael Jl'Donnell (W. 0.), New Zealand Permanent Staff. Sergeo-at-major Cieorga Walker (W. 0.), New Zealin-i Permaaent Staff. 9th (Wellington Coast) Mounted Rifles. The undermentioned second lieutenants to be lien tenants, dated February '20, 1913:H. N. Kebbell, H. S. P. M'Lenion, M. 0. Grainger, N. JD. Cameron, to complete establishment,. The undermentioned, supernumerary second lieutenants are absorbed into the establishment N. G. Grant, vice Kebbell, promoted; W. L. Cohmin, vice M'Lernon. promoted; C. M. Perry, vice Grainger, promoted. 7th (Wellington West Coast) Regiment. Captain Robert M'Murrav is transferred to tile reserve of officers. Dated iebiunr.y 1, 1913.
