[Specially 'Written for The Dominion.] TUESDAY. Mutton Broth. Baked Beefsteak and Onions. Potatoes. Tomatoes. Boiled. Letooii Pudding. Sauce. BAKED BEEFSTEAK AND ONIONS. Dust a good thick steak with pepper and salt; put into a baking dish, cover with sliced onions, add i cup water, cover closely, and bako for about an hour and a half. The ovon "must not bo very hot. Mushrooms are very nice added to .this dish, but then tho onions must bo omitted. , ■ FOE TO-MORROW. Stock, shoulder of mutiton, quinces. Defiance Butter Is. Id. per lb. All Grocers*
