She leaves tho latter port on tho return, trip to Wellington, via Picton, at 8.30 p.m. tho same day. Latest advicee received by the local of* flee of the Union Company state that tho Komata and Kamona were still detained by tho bad weather prevailing at Westport yesterday. It was hoped, however, to givo t them die patch for Wellington last evening. Tho coastal steamer Haupiri left Onehunga at 5 a.m. yesterday for New Plymouth. Sho is scheduled to leave i Wellington at 5 p.m. to-day for Nelson and 1 iUotu'eka, find again on Monday at midnight for Motueka and Nelson. Tho Melbourne Steamship Qompany's Melbourne has been fixed to load coal at Newcastle about the end of this month for Wellington. Tho Canterbury Steamship Company's Potone, which left Wellington for Lyttelton la6t evening, returns to Wellington tomorrow for a similar purpose. The Union Company's Kowliai, which was recently damaged at Port Chalmers, lert tho southern port for northern ports yesterday.
