ALLEGED MILLER'S RING.
SYDNEY MERCHANTS EXPERIENCE. By TeloEranh—Press Association—Copyrizht Sydney, March 18. Before tho Food Commission, a wellknown produce merchant alleged that' ho had difficulty in obtaining bran, which ho attributed to 'the existence of a millers' association. He stated, as an instance of his experiences, that when ho imported bran, tho price was immediately dropped upon him, and he had to sell at a loss.
