Jimperadur gave Cherubini a twolengths' start and beat him over six furlongs in lmin. 1G 2-ssec., finishing very resolutely. Sanguinary and Lady Nolan covered the last live of six furlongs in lmin. 5 2-ssec. Pilgrim's Way went six furlongs in lmin. 1G 2-ssec. Salzburg beat Ogier attractively over live furlongs in lmin. 2 2-sseo. Kilts beat Coronil'orm over six furlongs in lihin. lGsec. Carolus beat Editah over a mile in lniin. -losec. Vice-Aduiiral finished several lengths behind them, and was apparently lame. Query beat Gnome over seven furlongs in lmin. 30 3-ssec. Rain fell during the night, but the tracks were in good order at Ellerslio this morning. All work was done on the course proper, outside the trestles.
