Co. reports as follows :-Roddcn's reef, which was rceentlv intersected in N'o. 2 level, proved to be 53 feet in length in tile roof, and 60 feet in length in the floor of tlio drive. Tlic reef hod an average thickness of 15 inches, and the average O'Way value was £2 lfe. per ton. A survey had been made and on March 8 tlio face of No. 2 level wins estimated to lie about 60 feet, from the point at which the Victoria, reef is oxneeted to ho cut.
