It -is stated that one bull will go'to Dalefield, Wairarapa, anothor, .to.tßongokokuko, Eketahuna, a third-, to,jNorsfewopd, Hawke.'s-Ba)', ono to Mangorei,---Taranaki, 'and: -the other to Mells, Hawera. ■ Regulations- are-being- framed to govern the use of the bulls, in order that the ideas" of . the donor'may, as far. as pos-. Bible, be carried out. Details of tho scheme are not yet available, but it will probably be' found that the bulls will be. placed, in charge of a small fanner in each district named, and a small fee will be-charged for -their use, so as-to cover the;,cost, of maintenance, etc., .also that soijie sort of restriction will be.placed on the,.use of the animals.;.
