He apparently had. placed a small wiro rope round . his nock prior to Uio firing of the shot, as a small piece of. rope was under his body when found, and the other part was attached to the top of the lift. ... Deceased appeared to have been in his usual health, but had been worrying about his examination,. and ho had been talking in rather a silly way, saying that funny feelings were, going over him. He had also mentioned committing suicide, but his mates took little notice of his remarks. '
