[Godfrey Charles Morgan, first Viscount and second Baron Tredegar; was born in 1831. Ho was formerly a captain in the 17th Lancers, and Tode in the charge of the Light Brigade at Balaclava. He was in the House of Commons from 1858 to 1875.] ACCIDENT ON A SUBMARINE. Paris, March 11.
