INCREASES IN EXPENDITURE. By Teleeraph—Press Association-Copyright London, March 11. Tho Estimates provide for an expenditure on the revenue Departments amounting to ,£28,898,720, an increase of <£83G,000 over last year's figures. The Post Office is put down for an increase of .£651,520. Salaries in the Inland Revenue Department account for an additional i 57500, which will go to tho Land Valuation officers, besides ,£17,000 for travelling allowances.
