GERMAN GOLD FAMINE.

The "Neuste Nachrichten" states that tho German banks are faced with, a critical gold famine, which is primarily the result of the heavy withdrawal of foreign loan moneys last year. Unless the position is remedied industry will be subjected to a grave crisis in tho summer.
