SUNDAY SCHOOL ANNIVERSARY
The anniversary services of the Sydney Street Methodist Sunday School were suecelebrated yesterday, wlioa tha congregations in the aiternoon and evening were particularly large, the church being tastefully decorated for the occasion. At the morning service the liey. H II Ginger gave a snort nddross to tno young peonle, and also delivered an appropriate discourse from the text, -Irani up a child in the way lie should go. Mi. A Varnoy (secretary i.M.C.A.) conducted the afternoon service, and gave a very impressive address. A number of re Hons and musical items were given b> tlw scholars. At each service the scholars and choir, under the able conductorship o Mr. Ernest Dawson, contributed special choruses in (i capital manner. Misses Jean Nicholas and Mabel Coad presided at th« organ and piano respectively. Tho wlc brations will bo continued on Wednesday, when tho annual tea mooting and entertainment will lie held.
