MIDLAND "RAILWAY TROUBLE. By Telegraph—Pres« Assoeintion-Copyrigh t (Rcc. March 9, 5.5 p.m.) London, March 8. The Midland Railway Company has reinstated Guard Richardson. The company states that it rccognises the possibility of oral instructions conflicting with printed regulations, and proposes to revise tho latter to meet future difficulties.
