SOME N.Z. EXHIBITS SHIPPED. • Air. J. Dixon, stud manager of Te Ante Station, llawke's Bay, left for Australia yesterday in charge of four Shorthorn boilers, which are to be exhibited at the Sydney Royal Agricultural Show. Messrs. Dalziell Bros., of Hunterville, also took a two-year-old Shorthorn butt 'and a two-year-old heifer. Another New Zealand exhibitor, at the show w : ll be Air. Fred. Fairey, of Nelson. On .his behalf Messrs. Dalgety and Co., shipped • yesterday a. very fine seven-year-old fat Hereford bullock, which will compete at the show. The beast was bred and fattened by Sir. When a farmer sits down of his own free will and accord, and writes liie praises of an Oil Engine, it will certainly pay his fellow-fanners to take heed of his opinion. The following letter re an "Anderson" Oil Engine was written by a practical dairy farmer:—"l was taken with the appearance of your engine at the Waikato Winter Show, and, though advised I could get less expensive makes, I-had yours put in (a .'! li.p. Benzine), ,tho sweetest little bit of mechanical energy a man could wi»h to have, l'umps, lieleasers, I'ulsators, or anything else may go wrong, but the little engine so far has done her work most conscientiously, and in the midst of trouble seems to remind one that he has at least one mechanical friend."
