Dalgety and Co., Ltd., Wellington, report as follows on their Waikanao Rale, held yesterday-.—The ah cop and cattlc eaino forward well up to advertised numbers, but they met with poor competition, and it was evidently not a buyer's day. Wo wero successful, however, in disposing of a good number o£ the lines offered. The following are some of tlio prices realised Ewes, 4s. 3d. to 10s. Id.; lambs, to 95.; Bonmey rams, to 245.; springing heifers, £5 9s. to £5 10s.; cows, to £4; fat cows, to £5 175.; wcanors, to 12s.
