At the instance of the Law Institute, tho Full Court fined a, solicitor JUO, and ordered.him to pay costs for writing a letter to a respondent in a divorce case, then resident in Now Zealand, demanding certain costs byk fixed date, and stating that otherwise his instructions were that the respondent should be brought back to Sydney, and attached for the amount. The Chief Justice censured him for writing and making statements which lie must have known were untrue, and which contained what amounted to a threat.
