Messrs. Dalpety and Co., Palmerston North, report:—At our usual monthly Bale to-day we offered a lnjgo oatalogue to. a full attendance of buyers. Competition was very keen, and prices all round showed a slight advance on last sales' rates. Abraham and Williams, Ltd., report:—We held our usual monthly sale at Pnlmerston North on Friday, whan we offered a pood catalogue to an excellent attendance of buyers. Bidding throughout the same was animated, and we have to report a- tot-il clcarnncc at prices that can be considered satisfactory. For a line of heavy crossbred sheepskins wc received cach, and ex hides made up to 93d. per lb.
