CONTENTS OF THE LETTERS. Delhi, February 27. ■ Mrs. Fulham's letter to Clark between July 24 and 29 explained how she administered the powder in sanatogen, and urged Clark not to bo in a hurry .to free himself from his wife, because tho elder children might notice his anxiety to become a' widower, so close on Mrs. Fulham's regaining her freedom. She asked Clark to send the liquid after disguising the taste, as she proposed to administer it in mulligatawny soup.

In September she asked Clark to reconcile himself to her loss, as her husband was.recovering. Writing in November, she said the happy climax had yot to borne, and hoped it would result in their long, happy married life.

Clark in October wrote to Mrs. Fulham that he was unable to repay her for what, she had done, and trusted, some day to prove grateful for her love, through God's help and blessing.
