ON MARCH 22. (By Telegraph.—Special Oorrespondeii+.,) Wanganul,. February 28. The director of the Wanganui Observatory states that in the total eclipse of the moon'which takes place on the night of March 22 the first contact with tho shadow will begin at-8.43 p.m. The beginning of tha' total phase will be at 10.11 p.m., tho middle of. the eclipse at 11.28 p.m., and the end of the total phase 15 minutes after midnight. -;The shadow passes off at 1.13 a.m.
