Mslbsiirne, February 27. , Lord Denman has wirelessed Dr. Mawson tho King's congratulations on the success of tl\e expedition, and tho establishing of the first regular wireless communication with Antarctica, and regretting the death of Lieutenant Ninnis and Dr. Mertz. A reply to Dr. Mawson's request to call the new land he has discovered after the King would be seat later. Sydney, February 27. No further news has been received regarding the Mawson expedition. CAPTAIN SCOTT'S WISH. DR. CHARCOT RECALLS A, CONVERSATION. (Rec.' February 27; 9.15 p.m.) Paris, February 27. Dr. Charcot has recalled a conversation he had with Captain Scott, wherein the latter asked: "What .would be your last wish if you were fated to!die'in the Anfe arctic? Would you prefer your body to bo brought to Europe or to rest beneath the snows?" when Dr. Charoot replied' that lie would "prefer, to be buried on the field of -battle." . 'Captain.
