The chairjnan informed tho deputation that the omijcil would probably requiro the installation, of taximeters. Most of tho taxi-cab proprietors present stated their objection to.his proposal, and said -tho introduction tof taximeters wos regarded as unsatisfactory. The meeting was then adjournejl.
