ORDER OF RECHABITES.
The biennial conference of the Independent Order of Rechabites is to be held at Blenheim, commencing to-morrow morning. As a preliminary to the conference as many delegates as possible are to attend fit the Rcchabito Hall, Manners Street, at !U0 a.m. to-day, when a conference will be held with the Government Registrar of Friendly' Societies (Mr. Hayes), and tho Government Friendly Societies' Actuary (Mr. Travcrsi), at the conclusion of which tho delegates, numbering over fifty, will leave for Picton, en route to Blenheim, by the Pateena. A Rechabite church parade was held last evening,' when a number of delegates to the conference ond members of the Order march in procession from tho Queen's Statu© in' Kent; Terrace (headed by tho Boy 6' Mission Band), to St. Mark's Church, where the Rev. J. A.*kew preached a sermon appropriate to,tho occasion,
