Heat tho milk in a saucepan, and sprinkle in tha semolina; bring slowly to ths boil, and simmer until tho grain is soft (about ten minutes), stirring all tho timoj removo tho pan from tho fire, add tho sugar, and allow tho mixture to 000 l for a little,' break tho eggs, and separate 1 tho /yolk from tho white; add tho yolk to tho Semolina, and mix well; beat up tlio white to n stiff froth, and mix ligntly and thoroughly with the other ingredients; pour into a piedish, and bako in a moderate oven for about 20 minutes.
