Wratt, Collector at Invercargill, is to be Cojlcctor at Christchurch. Mr. W. J. Hawley, Collector at Timaru, is to bo Collector at Invoroargill. Mr. W. Rose, landing surveyor at Wellington, is to'bo Collector nt TSmaru. Mr.. E. T. W; Maclaurin, landing surveyor at Christchurch, is to be transferred in the same capacity to Wellington. Mr. W. Hoirarth, Collector at Greymouth, is to bo a landing surveyor ,at CWistchurch.* '; , ~ ' ~ ,' Mr, T. R. Herd', senior landing-waiter ati Auokland, is to be Collector at GreyMr. J.'E.
