WSUiam®, Ltd., report on their Jlartinborough stock sale, hold on Thursday, as under;—We had an exceptionally heavy yarding of sheep, comprising several straisht station lines of breeding ewes, which came forward in good condition. Seven thousand sheep were submitted to' an exceptionally lareo attendance, hnyerp being present from all parts of tho Wairarapa. The weather waj particularly boisterous during tho morning, when drafting was in progress, and also afterwards, whon delivery was being taken. For»anat«ly during tho time tho sale was in progress the. wind- moderated somewhat. Thourh 'the salo was a hard one, business at auction, was good,, especially for young owes' and wethers,, and good-conditioned sorts suitable for fattening. There was a largo attendance of farmers and other present. Bidding'at the start of the sale was some-, what elow, but livened up towards the finish.
