The firm had 151' agents in .England and Scotland, one of whom earned X 122 in commission 'in four months. A number of the agents were prominent men in tho football world, including the captain of a League team. Tho bets during four months aggregated J!1!),47G, of which JQI7S2 was paid'to the.agents and £7229 represented profits.
