Tho Prime Minister, Mr. "Asqnith, announced that tho payment would bo regularised legislatively 'next session.

The Speaker promised to examine tho Bill before oertifying that it was a Money Bill and not requiring' tho consent of tho Houso of Lords boforo becoming law.
