February 13, 8.55 p.m.) Sydney, February 13/ An open verdict was returned to-day at tho inquest in connection with tho death last month of Mrs. St. Georgo Miller, who died at Wellington, in tills State, after drinking poisoned wine.

He stated that, after drinking some wino in tho morning his wife took tho bottle away, saying that she wojild put it where the boys would be unable to get it. She had strychnine lockod in her drawer-. They had lived happily, though his wife had often said she was tired of life.
