The revolutionary movement against the administration of President Madero, after simmering for some time, has again broken out with renewed vigour, and there liave been sanguinary conflicts in tho city. President Madero is now fortified with a strong detachment of regular troops in the National Palace, while General Felix Diaz, the rebel leader, with a large mar jority of tho regulars has virtual control of the capital. The army revolted to-night, taking possession of the public buildings, and the President fled to the palace, which he has succeeded in defending from tho assaults of the revolutionists. President Madero, relying on the loyalty of General Blanquet, has summoned him from Toluca with 1000 soldiers. The attack on the city started this morning when General Mondragon and the students of the military school led the rebels to the prison, freeing General Felix Diaz, who is 'a nephew of the deposed President, and General Bernido Reyes, a forme): Secretary for War. On advancing the rebels were met by President Madero commanding 1000 police and cadejts. Tha artillery barracks were captured after a-sanguinary battle and the'plaza was strewed with tho bodies of men and horsfs. , Two hundred were killed. The engagement was followed by the surrender of the regular artillery troops and the rebellion of the majority of the Government soldiers. ... General Reyes was killed., The President retired to the palace, fighting three engagements «n route. General Gregorio Ruiz and five officers were executed by the President's order.
